Call East uses a bespoke software to record the relevant information and forward this in the appropriate manner to the on call personnel.

There are various ways of passing information such as:

» Tone / Message Pagers
» SMS Text Messaging
» Landline Telephone
» Mobile Telephone
» Fax
» Email

Message Pagers and SMS Text Messaging also have an Automatic Confirmation procedure, which confirms that the message has reached it's destination.

All telephone calls in and out of the Call Centre are recorded. This enables us to regularly check our staff for quality of service.
