We are a quality company with ISO9001:2000 accreditation.

We aim to answer 90% of all calls within 30 seconds and have less than 5% abandoned calls.

Our highly trained call handlers can adapt and respond to any situation, assesing calls for their urgency. Our despatchers are trained to deliver calls in a timely manner to the appropriate destination following specific protocols at all times.

In addition to this, there is always a supervisor on each shift responsible for ensuring the above standards are maintained, with easy access to higher management if necessary.

In line with current trends we have a fall back procedure in place, to deal with any untoward incidents.
